DDA Offers 25% Discount on 1,200 Ready-to-Move Flats in Narela: Check Prices and Eligibility

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced a new housing scheme offering a 25 per cent discount on more than 1,200 ready-to-move flats in Narela, Delhi. The flats are part of the DDA Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026, which aims to provide affordable housing to government employees and professionals.

Under the scheme, flats of different configurations are available at reduced prices. After the discount, the starting price for a 1 BHK flat is Rs 33.40 lakh, a 2 BHK flat is priced at Rs 75.55 lakh, and a 3 BHK flat costs Rs 1.065 crore. All flats are offered on a freehold basis, meaning buyers gain full ownership rights.

Registration for the scheme will begin on July 24, 2026, through the DDA Awaas Portal. Bookings open on August 15, and flats will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. The DDA has also made sample flats available for inspection before purchase.

Eligibility for the scheme is broad. Serving and retired government employees, as well as professionals working in the corporate, business, entrepreneurial, and other identified sectors, can apply. Notably, applicants can purchase a flat even if they already own a residential property, as the DDA has not imposed any restriction based on existing property ownership. Buyers may also combine adjoining flats, subject to DDA rules and approval.

The flats are located at Pocket 11, Sector A1-A4, Narela. The housing complex is approximately 1.2 km from an upcoming Metro station and 1.9 km from the proposed RRTS station. Other nearby landmarks include the Narela Sports Complex (2 km), an upcoming education hub (5 km), and a proposed integrated sports stadium (9.2 km). The complex overlooks the Mamurpur Forest and is well-connected via Urban Extension Road-I (500 metres), GT Karnal Road (1.1 km), and Urban Extension Road-II (6.15 km).

To register and book a flat, applicants must visit the DDA Awaas Portal. The process involves registering for the Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana from July 24, checking available flats, booking a preferred flat from August 15, and completing the payment and documentation. Since allotment is first-come, first-served, availability depends on the order of booking.

The DDA has noted that Narela accounts for a significant share of its flat sales. In the first quarter of the current financial year, the DDA sold 1,284 flats, generating over Rs 1,020 crore. Of these, 1,153 flats were in Narela, representing nearly 90 per cent of total sales during the period.

For detailed eligibility conditions, payment schedules, and other terms, applicants can check the official DDA website or the DDA Awaas Portal. They can also contact the DDA toll-free helpline at 1800-110-332 for assistance.
