For Brigitte Macron, the President’s spouse, the Prime Minister chose a Pochampally silk stole. This handwoven textile from Telangana is made using the traditional Ikat resist-dyeing technique, known for its intricate geometric and floral patterns. Sources noted that the stole reflects India’s fine craftsmanship and textile heritage.
