UP Chief Minister warns of conspiracies against Sanatan culture, urges vigilance
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, speaking at a Ram Katha event at Gorakhnath temple on Guru Purnima, alleged that certain forces were attempting to undermine India's progress and destroy Sanatan culture. He called on the public to remain alert against what he described as 'anti-national conspiracies'.
Addressing the gathering on Wednesday, Adityanath said people must understand the conspiracies being hatched against the country and stay cautious of those who, in his view, act as spokespersons for forces opposed to Sanatan culture. He emphasised that if society remains vigilant against such forces and works towards self-improvement, it will remain prosperous. A prosperous society, he added, would ensure that no one can stop the nation from moving forward on the path of progress.
The chief minister did not name any specific group or individual in his remarks. The event was part of ongoing religious discourses at the temple complex.
