Jana Sena Party Begins Grassroots Membership Drive in Anantapur

The Jana Sena Party (JSP) has initiated its grassroots membership drive, with the first meeting of the committee tasked with gathering feedback on organisational structure held in Anantapur on Monday. The committee was formed by JSP chief and Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan as part of plans to strengthen the party from the ground up.

Vemulapati Ajay Kumar, the party's observer for the Anantapur parliamentary constituency, attended as chief guest. He stated that anyone enthusiastic about working for JSP can submit an application. Along with Mr. Ajay Kumar, the 27 other committee members for the constituency will actively process applications.

"The committee's primary objective is to collect applications from enthusiastic 'Janasainiks' and submit them to the central office," Mr. Ajay Kumar said, adding that party leadership, including Mr. Pawan Kalyan, will oversee subsequent stages.

The application schedule is as follows: For Anantapur and Singanamala constituencies, applications will be accepted on June 30 at Sree 7 Convention Hall in Anantapur. For Rayadurgam and Kalyandurgam, applications will be received on July 1 at Rayadurgam. For Guntakal and Uravakonda, meetings will be held at Guntakal on July 2 and 3 respectively. Those unable to attend on scheduled dates can submit applications in Anantapur. The process concludes on July 4 at Tadipatri for the Tadipatri constituency.

Mr. Ajay Kumar encouraged 'Janasainiks' and 'Veera Mahilas' (women cadres) who wish to take Mr. Pawan Kalyan's vision to the grassroots to submit applications for positions in committees at district, constituency, mandal, and village levels, as well as in affiliated committees. He urged everyone to make the most of the opportunity and ensure the success of the "Membership to Leadership" initiative championed by Mr. Pawan Kalyan.
