CBSE Releases Class 12 Revaluation Results: 87% Declared in First Phase

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has begun releasing the revaluation results for Class 12 students who applied for verification and re-evaluation of their answer sheets. The board announced on Sunday, June 21, 2026, that outcomes are being issued in phases, with over 87% of applications processed in the initial batch.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), CBSE stated: 'CBSE has commenced the release of Class XII Verification of issues observed and Re-evaluation outcomes. The outcomes are being released in a phased manner, with over 87% of the total applications received being declared today. The outcomes of the remaining applications will be available in phases, and the entire process is expected to be completed soon.'

Students can check their updated marks on the official CBSE website using their login credentials. The board also directed candidates to view the status of their applications at results.digilocker.gov.in.

The revaluation results come at a time when students are awaiting revised scores for college admissions and other academic purposes. CBSE had previously opened a window for mark verification, obtaining photocopies of evaluated answer books, and re-evaluation after the initial Class 12 results were announced.

This process follows recent controversies where some Class 12 students alleged that scanned copies of their answer sheets uploaded by CBSE did not match their handwriting, raising concerns about potential discrepancies in the Online Scanned Marks (OSM) system. However, the board has not commented on these allegations in relation to the revaluation outcomes.
