Trump's Crypto Ventures Generated Over $1.4 Billion in 2025, Financial Disclosures Show

US President Donald Trump's financial disclosure for 2025 reveals that his family's cryptocurrency ventures generated over $1.4 billion in income, according to a review of documents filed with the US Office of Government Ethics. The filings show that Trump's companies received nearly $800 million from World Liberty Financial, a crypto venture he co-founded with his sons. This amount includes more than $520 million from sales of crypto tokens and over $250 million from the sale of interests in the business.

An additional $635 million came from the sale of Trump-branded meme coins. The figures mark a significant increase from the previous year, when Trump reported $57.35 million from token sales at World Liberty. The disclosures underline the extent to which digital assets have become a major source of income for the president.

Since taking office in 2025, Trump has implemented policies seen as favorable to the cryptocurrency industry, including federal rules for stablecoins and reduced enforcement by the US Justice Department and Securities and Exchange Commission. The White House has stated that these actions are intended to make the United States a global leader in crypto.

The filings also show other income sources: over $80 million from settlements with media companies, $52 million from licensing his name to overseas property developers (mainly in the Middle East), and a 15% rise in revenue at his golf and resort facilities to over $500 million. Revenue at his Mar-a-Lago club in Florida rose to $77 million from $50 million in 2024.

Trump's traditional real estate interests showed less growth, with income from commercial properties remaining stable or declining compared to a decade ago. The president also obtained a loan of over $50 million from Charles Schwab Bank, the purpose of which was not disclosed.

White House spokesperson Anna Kelly said in a statement: 'Neither the President nor his family has ever engaged — or will ever engage — in conflicts of interest. President Trump proudly made the United States the crypto capital of the world through executive actions.' She added that all actions are taken in the best interest of the American people.

The Trump Organization said in a statement that 'the breadth and depth of' the business activities demonstrate continued growth across multiple sectors.
