New Delhi: Marking India's 80th Independence Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the nation from the ramparts of the Red Fort on Thursday. In a speech that resonated with his familiar opening phrase, 'Mere pyare deshwasiyon' (My dear countrymen), the Prime Minister outlined his vision for a developed India and called upon citizens to contribute to the nation's progress.
