NEET MDS Counselling 2026: Round 1 Registration Begins August 18, MCC Releases Schedule
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has announced the schedule for NEET MDS counselling 2026, paving the way for qualified candidates to seek admission to Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) programmes. The counselling process will be conducted through the MCC for candidates who have cleared the NEET MDS entrance examination.
As per the official schedule, Round 1 registration will commence on August 18 and continue until August 23. Candidates will also be required to fill and lock their choice of institutions during this period, from August 19 to August 23. The seat allotment result for Round 1 is scheduled to be announced on August 26.

Registration: August 18 to August 23
Choice filling and locking: August 19 to August 23

Round 2:
Registration: September 3 to September 8
Seat allotment: September 11
Round 3:
Registration: September 22 to September 27

Stray Vacancy Round:
Registration: October 12 to October 14

MCC has also specified the list of documents that candidates must keep ready for the counselling process. These include the NEET MDS 2026 scorecard, admit card, BDS degree certificate, internship completion certificate, registration certificate, and academic certificates.
