DCET 2026 Results Released: Diploma Holders Can Check Scores on KEA Website
The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has announced the results of the Diploma Common Entrance Test (DCET-2026), conducted for diploma holders seeking direct admission to the third semester (second year) of engineering courses in Karnataka.
The results were declared on Friday, according to H. Prasanna, Executive Director of KEA. Candidates who appeared for the test can check their scores by visiting the official KEA website and clicking on the result link provided.
In the coming days, the authority will open the option entry portal, allowing candidates to enter their preferred choices for colleges and courses. This step is crucial for the counselling and seat allocation process.
The DCET is a key examination for diploma holders in Karnataka aiming to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree through lateral entry. The test assesses candidates' knowledge in relevant subjects and determines their eligibility for admission to government and private engineering colleges across the state.
KEA advises candidates to regularly check the official website for updates on option entry schedules and further counselling procedures.
