Tamil producers seek revenue-sharing pay model, inspired by Allu Arjun and Ranveer Singh

The model, already adopted by stars like Allu Arjun and Ranveer Singh, allocates up to 60% of revenue to talent, leaving producers to recoup costs from the remainder. Proponents argue it aligns incentives, rewarding success while mitigating losses.
