CBSE Class 10 Second Board Result 2026 Expected This Week: Over 6 Lakh Students Await Scorecards

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to announce the Class 10 Second Board Result 2026 in the coming days. While the board had earlier indicated that the results would be declared in June, no official date or time has been confirmed yet. Students and parents are anticipating the release in the first week of July.

More than 6 lakh students appeared for the second board examination, while over 85,000 students registered for the compartment exam. Once released, students will be able to check their scorecards on the official CBSE websites, results portals, DigiLocker, and the UMANG app. The board will issue a revised marksheet after considering the best score obtained by students.

CBSE conducts the second board examination for students who wish to improve their performance in specific subjects. This initiative allows students to appear for exams again and have their best scores considered for the final marksheet. The board has streamlined the result process to ensure timely and secure access for all candidates.

Students are advised to keep their roll numbers and other credentials ready to check results promptly. Official links will be provided on the CBSE website (cbse.gov.in) and the results portal (results.cbse.nic.in). The board has also notified schools to update contact details for result dissemination.

This is a developing story. More details will be shared as the board releases official information.
