Veteran Photojournalist K.P. Thirumeni Passes Away at 79

Veteran photojournalist K.P. Thirumeni passed away on Wednesday at the age of 79. He had been undergoing treatment after a fall at his residence in Chottanikkara last month.

Thirumeni served as an executive committee member of the Kerala Union of Working Journalists in Kochi. He was also one of the founding members of the Senior Journalists Forum.

He is survived by his wife M.K. Kusumakumari and children Anu and Minu.
