Telugu Tourists Killed in Vietnam Boat Accident: Jagan Reddy Urges Rescue and Support

YSR Congress Party president and former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy has expressed sorrow and shock over a boat accident in Vietnam that claimed the lives of several Telugu-speaking tourists.

In a press release issued on [date], Reddy described the incident as 'extremely tragic,' noting that the boat was carrying a group of Indian tourists. Among the deceased were mobile phone distributors from Kadapa and Machilipatnam in Andhra Pradesh.

Reddy urged both the Central and State governments to provide all necessary support to the stranded tourists from the Telugu states. He also called on officials to intensify rescue operations to locate those still missing.

The accident occurred in Vietnam's Ha Long Bay, a popular tourist destination. Authorities are investigating the cause of the incident.
