Telangana Man Arrested for Allegedly Murdering Six, Including Wife and Children, After Molestation Case
A 28-year-old man has been arrested in Telangana for the alleged murder of six people, including his wife, two young children, and three members of another family. The killings took place in Daivalaguda village, Shabad, in the early hours of Saturday, July 11, 2026.
The accused, identified as Rajkumar, was taken into custody after he reportedly confessed to the crime to his parents, who then informed the police.
According to police records, Rajkumar had been booked under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act on May 16, following a complaint by a minor girl and her mother. He was later released on bail. Authorities suspect the murders were carried out in retaliation for that case.
The victims are Rajkumar's wife, Sarita; their three-year-old daughter and two-year-old son; as well as a minor girl, her mother, and her grandmother. A case has been registered, and an investigation is underway.
The police have not released further details at this stage.
