Reliance Industries Limited, the Indian conglomerate with businesses spanning oil, telecom, and retail, is set to hold its 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 19. The event, which will be accessible online to shareholders, is scheduled to begin at 2 PM.

The AGM will be addressed by Mukesh Ambani, chairman and managing director of Reliance Industries. Historically, such meetings have been used by the company to outline strategic goals and provide updates on performance.

Key areas of interest for shareholders and analysts include potential announcements regarding the market debut of Reliance Jio, the company's telecommunications arm.
