Rajnath Singh on Vijay Diwas: Pakistan's Misadventures Will Meet Strong Response

Speaking at a ceremony in New Delhi, Singh paid tribute to the soldiers who sacrificed their lives during the conflict. He emphasised that the Indian armed forces are fully prepared to defend the nation's sovereignty and territorial integrity. 'Every misadventure by Pakistan will draw a response beyond their imagination,' Singh said, without specifying any particular incident or trigger for the warning.
The minister's remarks come amid ongoing tensions between the two nuclear-armed neighbours, particularly over the disputed region of Kashmir. However, Singh did not directly reference any recent events. His statement reaffirms India's posture of maintaining a credible deterrent and readiness to respond to any aggression.
