Over 2,600 Candidates Sit for NEET UG Re-exam in Karimnagar

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) Undergraduate re-examination was conducted on Sunday, June 21, 2026, across seven centres in Karimnagar district, Telangana. According to official sources, out of 3,001 registered candidates, 2,661 appeared for the exam, while 340 candidates were absent.

District Collector Chitra Mishra and Police Commissioner Gaush Alam visited several examination centres to oversee the proceedings. Officials closely monitored biometric verification and CCTV surveillance systems to ensure the exam's integrity. No untoward incidents were reported during the re-examination.
