NEET (UG) 2026 Re-exam in Visakhapatnam Sees 91% Attendance, Officials Confirm Smooth Conduct

Visakhapatnam: The NEET (UG) 2026 re-examination conducted on Sunday in Visakhapatnam district recorded an attendance of 91.05%, with 7,298 out of 8,015 registered candidates appearing for the test.

District Collector M. Abhishikth Kishore and Joint Collector G. Vidyadhari inspected examination centres at Andhra University Arts College and Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 2 in the 104 Area. They reviewed arrangements and issued necessary instructions to staff.

The examination was held across 18 centres in Visakhapatnam. Among the registered candidates, 1,619 of 1,761 male candidates appeared, while 5,679 of 6,254 female candidates took the test.

Mr. Kishore stated that the re-examination was conducted smoothly and peacefully, with no untoward incidents. He appreciated the coordinated efforts of officials and examination personnel involved.
