North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has declared that his country will reinforce its position as a nuclear weapons state, calling it the only way to navigate an unpredictable global security environment. The statement was reported by state news agency KCNA on Tuesday, following a Central Committee meeting of the ruling Workers' Party.
