The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will release the Round 4 seat allotment result for the 2026 counselling process today, July 10, at 5 PM on the official website josaa.nic.in. Candidates who have been allotted a seat must complete online reporting, including fee payment, document upload, and responding to queries, between July 10 and July 13.

According to the official schedule, the last date to pay the seat acceptance fee is July 13 at 5 PM. The withdrawal or exit window for candidates allotted seats in Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) will remain open from July 11 to July 14. The counselling process covers admissions to IITs, National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), and other Government Funded Technical Institutions (GFTIs).

  • Round 5 Fee Payment Deadline: July 20, 2026 (5 PM)

To check the Round 4 seat allotment result, candidates should visit the official JoSAA website, click on the 'Round 4 Seat Allotment Result 2026' link, and log in using their JEE Main or JEE Advanced application credentials. After logging in, they can view the allotted institute and programme, download the allotment letter, and save it for future reference. If a seat is allotted, candidates must complete online reporting, upload required documents, and pay the seat acceptance fee before the deadline.
