Indian Army Declares Agniveer CEE 2026 Results: Check Merit List Now
The Indian Army has announced the results for the Agniveer Common Entrance Examination (CEE) for 2026. Candidates who appeared for the online written test can now access the zone-wise and Army Recruitment Office (ARO)-wise merit lists on the official website, joinindianarmy.nic.in.
The results have been released in PDF format for various Army Recruitment Offices across the country. The merit lists contain the roll numbers of candidates shortlisted for the next stage of the selection process. The recruitment covers multiple categories including Agniveer General Duty (GD), Agniveer Technical, Agniveer Tradesman (both 8th and 10th pass), Office Assistant/Clerk, Women Military Police, Sepoy Pharma, and Soldier Technical Nursing Assistant.
The Agniveer scheme, introduced in 2022, is a short-term recruitment model for soldiers in the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force. Under this scheme, recruits serve for four years, after which a portion are retained in regular service based on merit and organisational requirements. The remaining personnel are released with a severance package and resettlement opportunities.
Candidates who made it to the merit list will now proceed to the next stages, which include physical fitness tests, medical examinations, and document verification. The exact schedule for these stages will be communicated by the respective Army Recruitment Offices. It is important for candidates to regularly check the official website and their registered email for updates.
For those who could not secure a place in the merit list, opportunities may arise in future recruitment cycles. The Indian Army periodically conducts Agniveer recruitment drives based on operational requirements.
All candidates are advised to download and preserve their admit cards and result documents for future reference. Any queries or discrepancies should be directed to the respective Army Recruitment Office through official channels.
