India Clinch T20I Series Against Zimbabwe with Dominant 90-Run Win; Injury Concerns for Final Match

India secured an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match T20I series against Zimbabwe with a commanding 90-run victory in the second game at Harare Sports Club on Saturday.

Captain Shreyas Iyer led from the front as India posted a formidable total before bowling out the hosts for a modest score. This win marks Iyer's first series victory as T20I captain.

With the series already decided, India may consider rotating their playing XI for the third and final T20I, scheduled to be played on Sunday, less than 24 hours after the second match.

However, injury concerns continue to mount for the visiting side. Pacer Prince Yadav was forced to leave the field during the second game due to a hamstring strain. In his absence, Ashok Sharma, who made his India debut earlier in the tour, could return to the XI to form a pace trio with Mayank Yadav and Yash Thakur. Thakur had replaced Ashok in the second game.

The Indian team management will assess the fitness of Prince Yadav before finalizing the lineup for the final encounter.
