India can bridge global divides as a 'connector economy', says Anand Mahindra
Amid growing global uncertainty, India has the potential to emerge as a 'connector economy' that works across ideological and geopolitical divides, according to Anand Mahindra, Chairman of the Mahindra Group.
In his letter to shareholders in the annual report of Mahindra & Mahindra, Mahindra noted that India is already building this reputation through its 'goodwill towards all' approach over the past year.
He highlighted India's democracy, political stability, strategic geographical position as a buffer against China, large domestic market, and the trust it commands across different blocs as key factors that make it a perfect 'connector economy'.
