Gurgaon faces second day of heavy rain, waterlogging disrupts traffic

Gurgaon received 33 mm of rainfall in three hours between 12 pm and 3 pm on Wednesday, leading to waterlogging and traffic disruptions for the second consecutive day, officials said.

Commuters reported standing in ankle-deep water at several locations. Vehicles moved slowly through a flooded Atul Kataria Chowk, and two-wheeler riders faced difficulties on a waterlogged stretch near the Rapid Metro station in Sikanderpur.

Traffic was also affected near the Rajiv Chowk petrol pump and along Sheetla Mata Road, where pedestrians and motorists navigated flooded lanes. No injuries or major accidents were reported.
