Cabinet Approves Rs 9,800 Cr Twin Tunnel Projects for All-Weather J&K Connectivity
The Union Cabinet on Friday approved two strategic tunnel projects on National Highway 244 in Jammu and Kashmir, with a total estimated cost of approximately Rs 9,800 crore. This initiative is designed to provide all-weather connectivity between the Kashmir Valley and the Jammu region, a long-standing requirement for residents and commuters in the area.
