Boeing BUILD 2025: 7 Indian Startup Teams, Including T-Hub Venture, Win ₹10 Lakh Each
Seven teams comprising university students and early-stage start-up entrepreneurs, including one whose incubator partner was T-Hub in Hyderabad, have emerged winners of the fifth edition of the Boeing University Innovation Leadership Development (BUILD) programme 2025-26. Boeing announced the winners recently, marking another milestone in India's growing startup ecosystem.
Each winning team will receive a grant of ₹10 lakh to support the development of their ideas into market-ready and viable business solutions. Over the next few months, Boeing and its respective incubator partners will provide additional mentoring and support to help these teams scale their innovations.
The winning teams are Aerosearch Technologies, Alkamy Carbon, DIASOL, EarthSprint Solutions, Oreejoy MedTech, StelX Dynamics, and SWRN Systems. Among them, StelX Dynamics, founded by Kartik Pandey and Muskan Ahlawat, is incubated at T-Hub in Hyderabad, one of Boeing's key partners in India.
Salil Gupte, president of Boeing India and South Asia, highlighted the programme's role in bridging the gap between academic innovation and real-world applications. "India's startup ecosystem has grown into a vibrant and diverse network of entrepreneurs, incubators, investors, and academia. BUILD has helped bring these groups together, creating pathways for promising ideas to move beyond competition and toward real-world opportunities," he said.
Since its inception, BUILD has attracted more than 5,000 applications and supported over 28 startups across sectors such as aerospace, deep tech, technology, sustainability, and social impact. The programme has become a vital platform for nurturing young talent and fostering a culture of innovation in India.
The finalists work closely with engineers and technologists from Boeing throughout the programme, gaining invaluable industry insights and technical expertise. This collaboration helps them refine their prototypes, understand market dynamics, and develop sustainable business models.
Boeing has partnered with seven leading incubators across India to organise BUILD. These include the Society for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (SINE) at IIT Mumbai, the Foundation for Innovation and Technology Transfer (FITT) at IIT Delhi, the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center at IIT Gandhinagar, the IIT Madras Incubation Cell, the Foundation for Science Innovation and Development at IISc Bengaluru, T-Hub Hyderabad, and KIIT Bhubaneswar Technology and Business Incubator (TBI).
This year's winners represent a diverse range of ideas, from cutting-edge aerospace solutions to sustainable materials and medical technologies. The selected teams have demonstrated exceptional potential to address key challenges in their respective fields.
With continued support from Boeing and its incubator partners, these young entrepreneurs are expected to contribute significantly to India's innovation landscape. The BUILD programme exemplifies how public-private partnerships can effectively nurture human capital and drive economic growth.
