Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national president Nitin Nabin on Saturday, July 4, 2026, in Lucknow stated that the party will achieve a decisive and thumping victory in the 2027 Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections. He urged party leaders to reach out to every section of society.

Mr. Nabin, on a two-day visit to the state capital, expressed being overwhelmed by the respect received in what he described as the land of Lord Shri Ram. His visit is seen as part of the party's preparations for the crucial assembly polls.

Addressing state office-bearers and district presidents, Mr. Nabin said, 'In 2027, a double-engine government will be formed in Uttar Pradesh for the third consecutive time with a huge majority.
